Term & Conditions For Drivers

1. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for working as a driver in RIDE & LOAD company.

2. It is mandatory to have a valid driving license, RC, insurance, pollution certificate, permit. Necessary documents like address proof of driver and witness should be there. 

3. The vehicle should be in good condition. 

4. Police verification is mandatory. 

5. If the vehicle is owned by the driver, then the driver will be responsible for repairs, insurance, challan, accident of the vehicle, passenger and luggage etc.

 6. If the vehicle is provided under the company, then different conditions will apply (fare, fuel etc.). 

7. Every ride or load will earn according to the work. 

8. The company will deduct the specified commission and send the remaining amount to driver's account by 12 noon the next day. 

9. The tip given by the customer will be directly given to the driver. 

10. The driver must behave politely and professionally with the customer. 

11. No obscene, indecent or intoxicating material is allowed. 

12. Rides or loads will be given by the company through WhatsApp or call. 

13. Driver can Refuse or cancel the ride

. 14. Wrong ride, misbehaving with the customer or fraud can be a strict action. 

15. If necessary, the driver can be warned, suspended or account closed. The driver should give 1 month notice before leaving the company. 

16. The driver will not share any customer or company information with anyone. 

17. The driver cannot directly or indirectly enter into a contract with the company's customer.

 18. Any dispute between the driver and the company will first be resolved through internal negotiations with the company. 

19. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiations with the company, then both the driver and the company can take legal help.

 20. This agreement can be terminated at any time by giving notice by both parties.
